It’s the Little Things

Obviously this quote did not originate with me, but it is one I often recite. As a regular series on this blog I want to encourage others to look for God’s gifts, even in the smallest situations.

And when I say small, I mean in the common, every day, whatever brings you a little joy, kind of things. You may even think some of the things I share are silly, but it is a mindset. How often do we get in a mood where nothing seems to be going “our way” and there is nothing to be thankful for? Of course much more could go into that conversation but I am simply pointing out that thankfulness can be a powerful tool for our hearts.
