I’m currently focusing on getting in more fruits and vegetables (and therefore, less sweets and carbs). I know I am inspired when I see what others are doing when working toward the same goal, so I just wanted to share to encourage you.

Avocado toast with Everything Bagel seasoning, strawberries, and baby carrots. (Although one of those carrots shouldn’t qualify as “baby.” Just sayin’.)
